THE BONDER.

For strong, healthy, luscious locks — this bond-repair treatment is a must. I recommend O&M’s CØR Restore alongside all lightening services for maximum protection and strength.

All appointments are managed through Fresha. I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. You can make changes to your appointment anytime via the Fresha app or your confirmation email.

Deposits:
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final service cost.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will forfeit the 30% deposit as a cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made outside of 48 hours will receive a full refund of the deposit or may choose to reschedule.

Late Arrivals:
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may need to shorten your service to accommodate other clients. Full service may not be guaranteed.

No-Shows:
No-shows will forfeit the 30% deposit.
